Tanner Louen leads the day-to-day work at Surplus Funds Discovery, from first contact through the final payment, and is the person most clients talk to first. Tanner's focus is simple: keep the process honest, keep you informed, and make sure the money ends up where it belongs - with you.
Vice President & Co-Founder
Raina Louen oversees client care and case management, acting as a primary point of contact during outreach, making sure every person is informed and supported at each step. If you ever have a question about where your claim stands, Raina is who you'll hear from.
